As per application, appellant has made all efforts to find out the whereabouts of the aforesaid respondent, but all efforts failed. Thus, the appellant want to serve aforesaid respondent by way of paper publication.

Hence, considering the reasons mentioned substituted service be effected upon aforesaid respondent by publishing a notice in widely circulated local daily newspaper 'Dainik Bhaskar' in terms of Order V Rule 20 (1-A) of C.P.C., returnable within four weeks from the date of publication of notice.
