By this application, the appellant seeks to bring the legal heirs of sole respondent on record. 3.

Since, right to sue survives against the legal heirs of deceased respondent hence, issue notice to the proposed legal heirs of the deceased respondent, returnable after three weeks.

CIVIL APPLICATION (CAS) NO. 331 OF 2025 4.

The legal heirs of deceased appellant no. 4 i.e. appellant no. 1, 2B to 2C and 3 are already on record hence, the application is disposed of. The necessary amendment be carried out accordingly.
