NO. 9396/2024 CORAM : REGISTRAR (JUDICIAL) DATED : 07/04/2025 The civil application is filed under Order V Rule 20 of the C.P.C., 1908 for substituted service upon R.No. 1 by way of paper publication. As stated in the application, R.No. 1 has shifted from the address given in the cause title three years ago. The appellants have tried to trace the present address of R.No. 1, but could not get the same. Thus, the applicants want to serve aforesaid respondent by way of paper publication.

Hence, considering the reasons mentioned in the application, substituted service be effected upon aforesaid respondent by publishing a notice in widely circulated local daily newspaper 'Lokmat'

in terms of Order V Rule 20 (1-A) of C.P.C., returnable within four weeks from the date of publication of notice.
