Therefore, delay caused in filing application for bringing legal representatives of deceased appellant Nos.1-A, 1-C, 2 and 5 is condoned, abatement of appeal against them is set aside and permission is granted to bring their legal representatives on record. 3.

Necessary amendment be carried out on or before 30.01.2026.
