This an application seeking condonation of delay of 2 days in filing the Second Appeal. According to the applicant, the appeal was filed within specified period of limitation, however, office has notified that there is delay of 2 days in filing the same. It is stated in the application that the delay is on account of bonafide mistake in calculating the period of limitation. 3.

Since the delay is only of 2 days, notice is not issued to the non-applicant before deciding this application.
