Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

This is an application filed by the appellants for speaking to minutes in respect of the order dated 22.04.2025 passed by this Court.

Learned counsel for the appellants/applicants submitted that the order dated 22.04.2025 is mistakenly passed on the main appeal which is required to be passed on Civil Application Nos.538/2020 (CAO) and 345/2020 (CAS).

In view of the reasons mentioned in the application, the application is allowed. In the order dated 22.04.2025, "Second Appeal 69/2018" mentioned in the title be substituted with "Civil Application Nos.538/2020 (CAO) and 345/2020 (CAS) in Second Appeal No. 69/2018". 5.
Necessary correction be carried out and the corrected order be uploaded.
