Heard learned counsel for the appellants/applicants and learned counsel for the respondent.

By these civil applications, the appellant/applicant seek condonation of 1923 days delay in filing application for bringing legal heirs of deceased respondent on record and for permission to bring legal heirs of deceased respondent on record.

Mr. C. V. Kale, learned counsel waives service of notice on behalf of legal heirs of deceased respondent. 4.

Considering the reasons mentioned in the application and no objection given by the learned counsel for the legal heirs of the deceased respondent, the delay caused in filing application for bringing legal heirs of deceased respondent on record is condoned. Since the right to sue survives against the legal heirs of deceased respondent, the legal heirs of deceased respondent are permitted to be brought on record.

Necessary amendment be carried out within two weeks from today.
