2, 3 and 6 by way of paper publication. As stated in the application, the respondents could not be served for want of correct address. Further, it is stated that the aforesaid respondents are deliberately avoiding the service. Thus, the appellants want to serve respondents by way of paper publication.

Hence, considering the reasons mentioned in the application, substituted service be effected upon aforesaid respondent by publishing a notice in widely circulated local daily newspaper 'Daily Nav Bharat', in Marathi in terms of Order V Rule 20 (1-A) of C.P.C., returnable within five weeks from the date of publication of notice.

In the meantime, counsel to file civil application for correct address of R.No. 7.
