It is common ground that there are elements of settlement, therefore, the matter is referred for mediation. 3.

Mr. S. Y. Deopujari, learned counsel, is appointed as a Mediator in this case.

The parties are directed to appear in the matter before the learned Mediator on 18.08.2025 at 02:00 p.m. 5.

The learned Mediator shall file its report within a period of two weeks thereafter.
