Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

This is an application for grant of stay.

Since the second appeal is admitted, there shall be stay to the proceedings of R.D. No. 7/2016 pending before the Civil Court at Bhandara, pursuant to the decree passed by the trial Court, which was reversed by the first Appellate Court.

In view of the above, the civil application stands disposed of.

5.

Liberty is granted to respondent nos.1 to 3 and 5 to file appropriate application.

6.

The appellant shall supply a copy of memo of appeal to the learned counsel appearing for respondent nos.4(A to D) within one week from today.
