By the present application, the respondents sought release of the amount in their names as recorded in their respective Aadhar Cards and Bank Accounts. 3.

The contention is that there is some mismatch in the names of respondent nos. 1 and 2 mentioned in the memo of the appeal on one hand and the Aadhar Cards and Bank Accounts on the other hand. In fact, the names are of one and same person and the contention is made on affidavit.

In view of this, the respondent nos. 1 and 2 are permitted to withdraw the amount in their names as RR Jaiswal
