This is an application for condonation of delay of 8 days caused in filing the Second Appeal.

The contention is that the appellant resides in remote area and could not contact the counsel timely. 4.

Though, the respondent is served, nobody appears on his behalf. Therefore, the contentions made in the application on affidavit remained uncontroverted. 5.

In view of the above and considering the period of delay, the application is allowed. The delay of 8 days caused in filing Second Appeal is condoned.

The application stands disposed of.

The Second Appeal be registered.
