By these applications, the legal heirs of the deceased - Applicant No.1 prays for condonation of delay in filing application for bringing the LRs of deceased Appellant No.1 as well as setting aside abatement and permission to bring LRs of appellant No.1 on record. 2.

The Applicant No.1 - Godru s/o Rangrao Sathawane, who expired on 26/11/2024 during the pendency of the appeal. The cause of action survives.

Therefore, considering the grounds set out in the applications, the delay of 40 days caused while filing an application for bringing the legal heirs of the deceased - Appellant No.1 on record is hereby condoned. The abatement is quashed and set aside.

The applicants are permitted to bring the legal heirs of Applicant No.1 on record.

The applicants to carry out amendment within 14 days from today.

Accordingly, Civil Application (CAS) No.675/2026, Civil Application (CAS) No.676/2026, Civil Application (CAS) No.678/2026 and Civil Application (CAS) No.677/2026 stand allowed.
