By this application, the applicants want that they should be added as party-respondents on the premise that they have purchased the property from the respondent vide registered sale deed dated 25.07.2024. The State has no objection for allowing the application.

Considering the fact that the applicants have stepped into the shoes of the respondent, they are permitted to be added as respondent nos.2 and 3, respectively.

The application is accordingly allowed and disposed of.

4.

Necessary amendment be carried out within two weeks from today.

5.

Stand over to 12.8.2025 with connected appeals.
