By this application, the appellants are seeking deletion of the name of deceased respondent no. 1. The contention is that there is no legal heirs of deceased respondent no. 1. Hence, the application is allowed at the risk of the appellants.

The appellants are permitted to delete the name of deceased respondent no.1 from the array of the respondents. The amendment be carried out within a week.
