This is an application for permission to delete the name of appellant no. 1. The contention is that appellant no. 1- Ashalata W/o. Balawantrao Sangole died on 12.09.2024. Her death certificate is also filed on record along with the application. It is also contended that the legal heirs of the appellant no. 1 is already on record.

In view of the above, the application is allowed and permission is granted to delete the name of appellant no. 1 from array of the appellants. 4.

On oral motion of the learned counsel for the appellants, substitution of synopsis is also granted. RR Jaiswal
