By the present application, the applicants are seeking to bring their names on record as sole appellant Janabai Ganpatrao Urkude died during the pendency of this appeal. However, there is delay of 1284 days in filing the application for bringing the legal representatives on record. 3.

Considering the reasons mentioned and the fact that the contentions stated in the application are not controverted by the respondents by filing an affidavit. Hence, the delay of 1284 days in bringing the legal representatives of deceased appellant on record is condoned and permission to bring the names of applicants on record is granted subject to payment of Rs. 5,000/- to be paid to "Gondia Bar Association" for the development of its library.
