There is a delay of 57 days in filing second appeal. Respondent Nos.1 to 4, though served, have not entered appearance. Learned Advocate for the appellant states that in two similar appeals application for condonation of delay bearing Civil Application (CAS) No.905 of 2025 and Civil Application (CAS) No.841 of 2025 this Court has condoned the delay of around 156 days and 159 days in filing second appeal. In view of the aforesaid, application for condonation of delay is allowed. 2.

List the appeal for hearing on admission on 17.04.2026.
