JANUARY 30, 2026 1) There is a delay of 57 days caused in filing Second Appeal. The delay is explained in paragraphs No. 4 and 5 of the application. It is stated that the case papers were misplaced by the learned Advocate and therefore certified copies were required to be obtained again, as a consequence of which, there is a delay in filing Second Appeal. The application for condonation of delay is allowed because delay is properly explained.
