NO. 911/2025 IN SECOND APPEAL NO. 500/2016 CORAM : REGISTRAR (JUDICIAL) DATED : 25/09/2025 The civil application is filed under Order V Rule 20 of the C.P.C., 1908 for substituted service upon R.Nos. 4 and 5B by way of paper publication. As stated in the application, the aforesaid respondents could not be served for want of correct address.

Further, it is stated that, the appellant made an enquiry and came to know that aforesaid respondents were shifted to another place.

Thus, the applicants want to serve aforesaid respondents by way of paper publication.

Hence, considering the reasons mentioned in the application, substituted service be effected upon aforesaid respondents by publishing a notice in widely circulated local daily newspaper 'Lokmat, Marathi' Nagpur Edition in terms of Order V Rule 20 (1-A) of C.P.C., returnable within five weeks from the date of publication of notice.
