It is seen that appellant expired on 13/07/2025 during the pendency of the matter and the present application is filed on 07/08/2025 i.e.

within time stipulated and right to sue survives.

Hence, the application is allowed.

Permission is granted to the appellant to bring the legal heirs of the deceased appellant on record.

Necessary amendment be carried out in the cause title of the matter.
