By the present application, the applicants seek condonation of delay of 35 days caused in filing the application for bringing the legal heirs of appellant No.1 - Smt. Shivkalibai Babulal Nigam, who expired on 04/05/2025, on record.

On the grounds set out in the application, the delay of 35 days is hereby condoned. The abatement is set aside. The applicants are permitted to bring the legal heirs of deceased-appellant No.1 on record. 05.

Necessary amendments be carried out within two weeks from today.

Deficit court fee of Rs.20/- has been paid.
