No. 951/2025 in Second Appeal No.109/2018 Coram : Registrar(Judicial) Dated : 26.03.2026 The application is taken out by appellants to correct address of Respondent Nos. 5, 7, 13 and proposed legal representative of R-11(iii). It is contended that notice issued to aforesaid respondents received back unserved for want of correct address. In the application appellants are providing correct address of aforesaid respondents.

Thus, the appellants want to supply correct address of aforesaid respondents.

Since, the application is formal in nature, the same is allowed.

Necessary amendment be carried out in the cause title of the matter. Thereafter, office to issue notice to the aforesaid respondents, returnable within four weeks.
