8(i) by way of paper publication. It is stated in the application that notice was not served upon aforesaid respondent for want of correct address. It is further stated that the appellants despite several enquiries could not find out the address of proposed R.No.

8(i). Thus, the appellant prays to serve the proposed R.No. 8(i) by paper publication.

Hence, considering the reasons mentioned in the application, substituted service be effected upon aforesaid respondent by publishing a notice in widely circulated local daily newspaper 'Tarun Bharat' Marathi Edition in Nagpur district in terms of Order V Rule 20 (1-A) of C.P.C., returnable within five weeks from the date of publication of notice.
