It is stated in the application that notice was not served upon R.No. 2 as she was keeping out of way for the purpose of avoiding service.

Thus, the applicant wants to serve aforesaid respondent by way of paper publication.

Hence, considering the reasons mentioned in the application, substituted service be effected upon aforesaid respondent by publishing a notice in widely circulated local daily newspaper in terms of Order V Rule 20 (1-A) of C.P.C., returnable within five weeks from the date of publication of notice.
