NO. 1034/2025 IN SECOND APPEAL NO. 41/2023 Coram : Registrar(Judicial) Dated : 16/10/2025 This application is taken out for grant of permission to delete the name of Appellant Nos. 1-A and 2 from record. It is stated in the application that during the pendency of the appeal, the aforesaid appellants have expired leaving behind their heirs. Therefore, appellants pray for deletion of the name of the Appellant Nos. 1-A and 2 from record.

Since, the application is formal in nature and supported by affidavit, the same is allowed. The appellants are permitted to delete the name of aforesaid appellants at their own risk.

Counsel to file death certificate of Appellant No. 6 within a period of three weeks.
