1(c)-Shri Uday s/o Sunil Gour on record. It is stated in the application that during the pendency of the instant appeal the aforesaid appellant expired on 13/07/2025 leaving behind his heirs. Copy of death certificate is annexed with application. The application is supported by affidavit.

It is seen that Appellant No.

1(c) expired on 13/07/2025 during the pendency of the matter and the present application is filed on 10/10/2025 i.e.

within time stipulated and right to sue survives.

Hence, the application is allowed.

Permission is granted to the appellants to bring the legal heirs of the aforesaid deceased A.No. 1(c) on record. Necessary amendment be carried out in the cause title of the matter.
