NO. 1064/2025 IN SECOND APPEAL NO. 328/2023 CORAM : REGISTRAR (JUDICIAL) DATED : 13/11/2025 The civil application is filed under Order V Rule 20 of the C.P.C., 1908 for substituted service upon R.No.2-A on merit by way of paper publication. It is stated in the application that notice could not be served upon aforesaid respondent as she is deliberately avoiding the service. Thus, the applicants want to serve aforesaid respondent by way of paper publication.

Hence, considering the reasons mentioned in the application, substituted service be effected upon aforesaid respondent by publishing a notice in widely circulated local daily newspaper 'Daily Matadar or Daily Jan Madhyam' Amravati Edition in terms of Order V Rule 20 (1-A) of C.P.C., returnable within five weeks from the date of publication of notice.
