Nos. 1 and 2. It is stated in the application that aforesaid respondents could not be served for want of correct address. Thus, the applicant wants to serve aforesaid respondents on correct address.

Since the application is formal in nature, the same is allowed. Necessary amendment be carried out in the cause title of the matter. Thereafter, office to issue notice to aforesaid respondents returnable within four weeks.
