4) The respondent Nos.3(a) is unserved. The respondent No.3(a) and 3(b) are legal representatives of late respondent No.3 (S.Prakashrao Naidu)/original defendant No.2. 5) The respondent No.3(b) has expired. The respondent No.9 is son of deceased respondent No.3(b).

6) Learned counsel for the respondent No.1(b) and 1(c) who are related to respondent No.3(a) makes a statement that on inquiry with his client, he could not gather correct address of respondent No.3(a). The respondent No.3(a) was proceeded exparte in the first appeal i.e. Regular Civil Appeal No.672/2007. 7) In view of the aforesaid, permission is granted to serve respondent No.3(a) by substituted service through news paper publication in daily "Eenadu" and "Times of India". Notice is made returnable on 12/03/2026. Issue common notice in all appeals.
