C.A.S. NO. 1086/2025 IN S.A. NO. 295/2021 Coram : REGISTRAR (JUDICIAL) Dated : 13/11/2025 This application is filed by the applicants for bringing the legal heirs of the deceased Appellant No. 3Devram s/o Kawalu Katgaye on record. It is stated in the application that A.No. 3 expired on 26.05.2025.

Copy of death certificate is annexed with the application. Hence, it is necessary to bring legal heirs of A.No. 3 on record.

It is seen that the appellant has expired on 26.05.2025 during the pendency of the matter and the present application is filed on 18.08.2025 i.e.

within time stipulated and right to sue survives.

Hence, the application is allowed.

Permission is granted to the applicants to bring the legal heirs of the deceased A.No. 3 on record.

Necessary amendment be carried out in the cause title of the matter.
