It is stated in the application that R.No. 1b(v)-Smt. Asha w/o Rahul Radke has informed the undersigned counsel that due to divorce from her first husband Rahul Radke, now her name has been changed and now it is Smt.

Asha Sandip Bhusari. Thus, the appellant prays to correct the name of R.No. 1b(v) on record.

Since the application is formal in nature, the same is allowed. Necessary amendment be carried out in the cause title of the matter. Thereafter, office to issue notice to the aforesaid respondent returnable within five weeks.
