The present application is filed seeking permission to withdraw the amount deposited by the appellant with this Court, in view of dismissal of the appeal vide judgment dated 23.04.2025.

Learned Advocate for the appellant states that the judgment is assailed before the Hon'ble Supreme Court. He, however, states that there is no interim order operating. However, he seeks time to obtain appropriate order.
