No. 1286/2025 in Second Appeal No.175/2021 Coram : Registrar(Judicial) Dated : 08.01.2026 The civil application is filed under Order V Rule 20 of the C.P.C., 1908 for substituted service upon Respondent No.1 by way of paper publication. It is stated in the application that the appellants have made every efforts to serve Respondent No.1.

Thus, the appellants want to serve Respondent No.1 by way of paper publication.

Hence, considering the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed. Substituted service be effected upon Respondent No.1 by publishing a notice in widely circulated local daily newspaper 'Dainik Bhaskar'(Marathi), in terms of Order V Rule 20 (1-A) of C.P.C., returnable within five weeks from the date of publication of notice.
