The non-applicant No.1 has expired. The applicants have stated in paragraph-3 of the application that they are aware of only one legal representative of the deceased nonapplicant No.1, namely Mr. Pradeep Daulat Awale, who is his son.

Issue notice to Mr. Pradeep Daulat Awale on the address of the non-applicant No.1 mentioned in the cause title of the civil application, returnable on 29.01.2026. 3.

The applicants are directed to serve Mr. Pradeep Daulat Awale, by speed post in addition to regular mode of service and file affidavit of service before the returnable date.
