Appellants in the application has provided correct address of Respondent No.2-e. Thus, the appellants want to make necessary amendment in the cause title.

Since, the application is formal in nature, the same is allowed. Necessary amendment be carried out in the cause title of the matter. Thereafter, office to issue notice to the Respondent No.2e, returnable within four weeks.

As per office note, notice issued to Respondent No. 2a received back unserved for want of correct address and notice to R. No.2d received back unserved as the door is lock.

Two weeks time is granted to Counsel for appellants to file Civil Application for correct address of R.

No.2a and office to re-issue notice to R No. 2d.
