No. 640/2025 in Second Appeal St. No.4184/2025 Coram : Registrar(Judicial) Dated : 08.01.2026 The application of appellants is taken out to correct the address of Respondent Nos. 7 & 11. As per application, the notice could not be served to aforesaid respondents for want of correct address. It is further stated in the application that appellants are providing correct address of aforesaid respondents. Thus, the appellants want to make necessary amendment in the cause title and to serve aforesaid respondents on correct address.

Since, the application is formal in nature, the same is allowed.

Necessary amendment be carried out in the cause title of the matter. Thereafter, office to issue notice to the aforesaid respondents, returnable within four weeks.

As per office note, appellants have not filed Civil application for correct address of R.Nos.3,4,6 and notice issued to R.Nos.13,15,17 received back unserved for want of time and notice to R. No.18 received back unserved as the door is lock.

Two weeks time is granted to Counsel for appellants to file Civil Application for correct address of R.

Nos.3,4,6 and re-issue notice to R Nos.13,15,17 &18.
