Nos. 1 & 5 by way of paper publication. As stated in the application, the aforesaid respondents could not be served for want of correct address. Thus, the appellants want to serve aforesaid respondents by way of paper publication.

Hence, considering the reasons mentioned in the application, substituted service be effected upon aforesaid respondents by publishing a notice in widely circulated local daily newspaper "Deshonnati and Lokmat (Marathi)" in terms of Order V Rule 20 (1-A) of C.P.C., returnable within five weeks from the date of publication of notice.
