No. 191/2023 in Writ Petition No. 7170/2016(D) CORAM : REGISTRAR (JUDICIAL) DATED : 25/02/2026 The application is taken out by the petitioners for permission to amend addresses of Respondent Nos. 2 to 4. It is stated in the application that the addresses of aforesaid respondents are incorrect or outdated. Also, this office had issued notice to aforesaid respondents out of which Respondent No.2 was served and of Respondent Nos.3 & 4 received back with bailiff's report that respondent Nos.3& 4 are transferred to other place. It is further stated in the application that the petitioners have provided correct addresses of aforesaid respondents. Hence, the petitioners want to amend the addresses of aforesaid respondents in the cause title.

Since, the application is formal in nature, the same is allowed. Necessary amendment be carried out in the cause title of the matter. As per bailiff's report Respondent No.2 is served. Therefore, office to issue notice to respondent Nos.3 & 4 returnable by four weeks.
