It is stated in the application that notice issued to aforesaid respondent received back unserved for want of correct address.

Hence, the petitioners pray for supplying correct address of aforesaid respondent.

Since the application is formal in nature, the same is allowed. Necessary amendment be carried out in the cause title of the matter. Thereafter, office to issue notice to the aforesaid respondent returnable within four weeks.
