CIVIL APPLICATION (CAN) NO. 25 OF 2025 .

By this Application, the Petitioner is seeking to substitute the name of Mr. Deodatt Rahane by incorporating the name of Mr. Aseem Gupta in cause-title of the Petition. It appears from the record that Petitioner has issued legal notice to Mr. Aseem Gupta, before moving this application, but there is no positive response from him.

In view of above, Civil Application is allowed. 3.

The Petitioner is permitted to substitute the name of Respondent No.1 - Mr. Deodatt Rahane by incorporating the name of Mr. Aseem Gupta in cause-title of the Petition.
