It is stated in the application that Respondent No. 1 was holding the post of the Chief Officer, Municipal Council, Mul and has been transferred.

Now Sandip Dode has become the Chief Officer of the Municipal Council. Hence, the applicants pray for substitution of the name of aforesaid respondent.

Since the application is formal in nature, the same is allowed. Necessary amendment be carried out in the matter. Thereafter, office to issue notice to the aforesaid respondent returnable within four weeks.
