to substitute the name of R.No. 2. It is stated in the application that R.No. 2 is transferred and in her place Shweta Singhal has joined the post of Divisional Commissioner and Regional Director of Municipal Council Administration, Amravati. Hence, the petitioner seeks permission to amend the petition i.e. to substitute the name of R.No. 2.

Since the application is formal in nature, the same is allowed. Necessary amendment be carried out in the cause title of the matter. Thereafter, office to issue notice to aforesaid respondent returnable within four weeks.
