The non-applicant/respondent had given undertaking before this Court that he will pay regularly the amount of Rs.25,000/- to the petitioner. Today, the respondent stated that his salary has been credited in his account between 20th and 25th of every month. Therefore, he could not deposit the amount.

The non-applicant/respondent undertakes that he will deposit the amount of Rs.25,000/- in the account of the applicant "on 20th of every month, provided that his salary KHUNTE

The above modification i.e. "on 20th of every month, provided that his salary is credited in his account" be made in the order dated 17/06/2025 in the second line of para-3, after the word 'petitioner' and corrected order be uploaded.
