In view of the aforesaid office note, the present petitioner has moved to this civil application for providing the current address of the respondent. So also, the petitioner seeks leave of this Court to add the current officer holding the post of respondent as respondent No.2.

In view of the aforesaid submission and for the reasons stated in the application, the present civil application is allowed.

The petitioner to carry out the amendment within a period of one week from today.
