It is stated in the application that R.No.1 is transferred and now Abhishek Krushna has joined the post of Commissioner and Director of Municipal Council Administration, Mumbai in his place. Hence, the applicants pray for substitution of the name of aforesaid respondent.

Since the application is formal in nature, the same is allowed.

Necessary amendments be carried out in the matter. Thereafter, office to issue notice to the aforesaid respondent, returnable within four weeks.
