As per application, R.No. 3Shri Sunil Ware, Regional Deputy Commissioner is retired and in his place Smt. Maya Panjabrao Kedar is working as Deputy Commissioner, Amravati. Hence, the petitioner prays for substituting the name of aforesaid respondent.

Since the application is formal in nature, the same is allowed.

Necessary amendment be carried out in the cause title of the matter.

Thereafter, office to issue fresh notice to the aforesaid respondent returnable within four weeks.
