The applicant in the said application has provided correct address of aforesaid respondent. Thus, the applicant wants permission to provide corrected address of R. No.1 on record.

Since the application is formal in nature and the same is allowed. Necessary amendments be carried out in the cause title of the matter. Thereafter, office to issue notice to the aforesaid respondent, returnable within four weeks.
