By this application, the applicant seeks corrections to the order dated 11.09.2025.

According to him, this Court has expressed that the petitioner would have a liberty to avail the appropriate remedy, and accordingly, the petition was disposed of. But same was not recorded in the order. Hence in the order dated 11.09.2025, after paragraph 5, following be added as paragraph 5A.

"5A.

The petitioner is at liberty to avail appropriate remedy in law for monetary and consequential reliefs, which are incidental to continuity of service, liberty as prayed is granted. Therefore, the contempt petition accordingly disposed of with liberty as prayed for."

Order be corrected and uploaded it afresh.
