Civil Application No. 120/2025 in Contempt Petition NO. 319/2025 IN Writ Petition No. 1568/1997 Coram : Registrar(Judicial) Dated : 14.01.2026 The application is taken out by petitioner for permission to serve Respondent Nos.1 & 3 on correct address. It is stated in the application that the petitioner has issued notice to aforesaid respondents by private mode in addition to regular mode but could not be served for want of correct address. The petitioner in the said application has provided correct new address of aforesaid respondents. Thus, the petitioner want to serve aforesaid respondents on correct address.

Since, the application is formal in nature, the same is allowed. Necessary amendment be carried out in the cause title of the matter. Thereafter, office to issue notice to aforesaid respondents, returnable within four weeks.
